One of the more cheaper places to live in San Francisco beautiful property I would definitely consider great for families on a budget pet friendly and family and singles friendly I highly recommend and there is a McDonald's around the corner!! Plus close to public transit city busses and Mini Bart!!

Really happy I chose to live here. The building is very new and well-kept, with great amenities that many living spaces in SF do not have (working spaces, lounging spaces, amazing rooftop, gym, and more). An added bonus is the staff - they are very accommodating and treat you with respect and will help you out, even with the smallest things. No rowdy tenants or pets. Love living here!

I've lived in this building for 18 months - it's great! The common areas are spacious and well-appointed--and they're cleaned daily. Location is ideal - walkable to everything. On-site maintenance means any problems are resolved swiftly. And I really enjoy the building management team. Having shopped around before moving in, I was also pleased to find more space here (lots of buildings have 1 bedrooms that cap out at <600 sq ft).

I have lived here since October 2020 and have loved every month thus far. The loading bay and freight elevator made moving in a breeze. The views from the roof are sunrise/sunset worthy and the Dog run makes it so easy to avoid walks along Market Street late night. The units are very well appointed and the finishes are modern industrial. Rick has done a great job keeping us informed, along with his team that strives to welcome you home daily. COVID hasn’t been easy for any of us but I Love coming home and working from home at The Rise!
