Please, avoid the flash!
Their website lists their restrictions. No flash or lights. I did see someone with a monopod. But reality is the experience the entire space. Pictures or recordings can't do it justice. I would say just let yourself get lost in the experience instead. Or at least watch it through one time in full without video in or taking pictures.
