Mazda RX8 8- Matt called, he couldn’t have sounded less interested. He wasn’t very knowledgeable either. We simply asked if they could even work on it. We were trying to ask if they could get parts. Matt had no clue what he was talking about. 3C can’t work on Mazdas. The problem is, he was rude. He didn’t know his business. Im leaving this review because every sale, every customer is money! Well, about 2 grand walked out the door.

You did the right thing short of actually going there and demanding some answers. Have you spoken with you insurance adjuster to see what they can/will tell you and what they have been told.
Supposedly when they delivered the back hatchs to replace it, I was told it appeared it had been dropped of of the delivery truck "SOMEWHERE" and had to be re-ordered. I called them numerous times asking about the progress and was given the excuse that only 3-C's adjuster could give me ANY information. And I left him numerous message S well but they never got returned until I mentioned the Attorney Generals office to file a complaint . The 1st time I had to had a car repaired there, everything went smoothly. This time was a complete 180° turnaround with nothing but ex uses from everyone I spoke with.
I would look at it for you , maybe we can do it.
