I just had my car repaired here after I hit a deer, and they did an amazing job on it!! They could not have done better, I am very happy with the work that was done, and everyone is super friendly and helpful!! My car parts were in quick and my car was repaired quickly as well. It looks so good!! 10/10 recommend combs collision for body work and painting!

Did a great job on my vehicle and were definitely pleasant! The best part is that the work was done in the time frame we were told!

Very friendly folks. I knocked my rear bumper lose and took my car to them. They said it was just missing a screw and a few clips and fixed it free of charge and wouldn't even let me tip them. Very friendly honest folks.

I called to schedule an estimate for my front bumper which had pulled away from the quarter panels on both sides. They are pretty booked so it would be a while. When I explained what it was & the urgency (wanting to take the car on the interstate) the receptionist said to bring it in that day & at least someone can take a glance to see if it would be something they could schedule sooner. When I got there, Brent came right out & took a look. Although quite busy, he said he thinks he could fix it quickly - went to the shop, got a few tools, & fixed it in 10 minutes! And for a VERY reasonable price. I appreciate the flexibility they demonstrated from the front office to the expert at repairs. Thank you!

We know you want your vehicle back as soon as possible. So we make every effort to ensure your vehicle is repaired quickly, but exactly how long is determined by the amount and severity of the damage. It also greatly depends on the type of vehicle as well as the availability of parts. More common cars will have parts that are more readily available. Sometimes, when the repair work begins, other damaged parts are revealed. We give you the option to check your repair status through our website.

Do I have to use the body shop that my insurance company suggests?

No. Ohio law allows you to choose. Your insurance provider may require that you get your first estimate from an in-network shop, but you are free to take that estimate to any shop of your choosing to complete the repair. For those not insured by USAA, Nationwide, State Farm, and Farmers; we hope we can earn your business.

Do I need more than one estimate?

It’s a common notion that insurance companies require you to get more than one estimate when looking for repair work outside of their network of Direct Repair Program shops. This is simply not required, but getting your vehicle repaired outside of their network can cause issues. We go into this in more detail under our insurance partners page click here. That said, you are free to choose any reputable repair provider you want, it is actually illegal for insurance companies to “steer” you, or force you to use a shop in their network, but they will explain the benefits of staying in their network and let you make the choice on your own. It’s our job to provide excellent customer service along with damage reports and estimated costs to earn your business, regardless of your insurance provider.

What is Direct Repair Program (DRP)?

A DRP, is the contractual partnership between an insurance company and body shop. This means both parties trust each other and reach a mutually beneficial agreement, not only for ourselves and the insurance company, but also for our shared mutual customers. This means when we find additional damage during a repair, we know our partnered insurance company trusts us to proceed with repairs without having to wait for an adjuster to manually review our estimate, labor, parts, and supporting photos.
