I had an accident with a deer on April 18 and went to a body shop, they held my car for a month without no progress. So I left and went to this body shop. The receptionist lady on the glass office was all nice and cozy with us at first but then after we made the payment of 2400$+ they stalled us for three weeks whe. They guaranteed it will be done by two weeks. I came after the third week and the parts were bought but the car hasn’t been touched. After calling them many times and visiting many times they finally fixed some areas but the car was still not done and the said they will send a supplement to the insurance. I call the insurance after a week and they said they haven’t received anything. This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen they wasted my time and took my money without fixing my car. I don’t if I should sue them or what I can really do. My car is still partially damaged Now I have decided to move on

I was planning on giving them a 5 star review but…. So Brittany was persistent on getting me there, seemed to genuinely care. After my rental was up, I called Brittany and she said I could come get my car, it was ready, just waiting on my hitch cover to come in because it was “backordered”. Almost 2 months later, she’s ignored my texts and gave me the run around on the part. Still have yet to receive it. Eric was great. Don’t make promises you can’t keep is all. That parts unprofessional.

don’t ever go here to fix your car. First the will take your money and they will not fix nothing. The lady that sitting on the desk is races and she will yell at you. I will warning you to not go here at all.
