All of the estimates are free of charge. Estimates are the preliminary visual inspections which are completed using CCC One estimating software. Some tasks involve using a computerized diagnostics (computerized diagnostics are not free). Some tasks involve disassembly to see hidden damages (dis-assemblies involving technician's labor are not free). Some repairs; in most cases insurance written estimates, involve Supplement Request #1, #2, etc. Supplements are additional repair estimates on jobs which are under estimated or jobs which damages are not visible at the time of the inspection (often happens with insurance appraisals or heavier damage repairs). But to answer your question about estimates. Yes, the estimates are free (that's a normal practice in collision repair business in state of Ohio). And with our company, no appointments are needed. We work on first come first served basis. Thanks!
