Overall I like these apartments. I think they’re nice and I feel safe with the secured entrance at each building. However, a major inconvenience is having to call all work orders in. They’re online system doesn’t work and they tend not to answer calls on weekends.

Just moved in and I love my apartment. Hands down the best gym at any community I've ever lived. The staff is always friendly and quick to respond to all of my questions. Melody, the Manager, is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone moving to the area.

I have absolutely loved living at VRR, and am genuinely so sad to be moving out! The amenities here are great. The gym is by far one of the nicest gyms I have seen for apartments across the metroplex. (also the sauna is a huge plus) Lockers for packages are super convenient. Location is ideal. Right off 35 and across the street from plenty of food options. Alex has been my main form of communication since day 1, and she is fabulous. Quick to answer any questions, provide info, or help where needed. Maintenance has always been fast to fix issues. We love the park across the complex for the dogs to play / walks. Truly has been a great experience living here, and will miss it for sure!

Very pet friendly and quiet area with many options for food and shopping. The switch in management has caused some commotion because it is difficult to find the phone number to the leasing office due to it not changing on Google yet. Parking is difficult to find after 7 PM, but that is a common problem in apartment complexes. During the snow storm in February, we were kept up to date with the managements decisions and when the rolling black outs would happen through email.
