Noooo.. Do not move here.. They have roaches, the water is always being turned off.. The apartments are raggedy some of the front doors dont fit to the frame leaving big gaps under or on the sides of the doors, and to make matters worse they now are doing towing and making guests register to park.. Cant keep the water on or fix anything but have the nerve to say how or where you can park.. These apartments are literally known as the worst apartments in Denton Texas! Ask anybody born and raised here.. Had to move here as last resort and i am so about to break my lease.. P.s. the replying from the owner is for looks.. Shes horrible.. Got the chance to meet her once when they just had the fire and lets just say she was more worried about how children were talking rather than the people who just lost their homes. And dont try to say you have no resident by this name because this is not my real name buddy.. Try again.. Water is off as im typing this.. Looking at a roach on the wall and im very clean.. Better be lucky i cant post pictures and videos!

Okay so, there were notices posted on other people's doors about the parking lot being closed for repairs, they also said on the note that they were going to tow cars at the owner's expense- NO EXCEPTIONS. Thw thing about that is, we did not get a notice, uNTIL AFTER THE CAR WAS ALREADY TOWED!! Poorly managed and they don't fix things hear really either. This is an injustice, that's a breach of contract, they can't do this.

Manager Christina Smith is extremely rude. Apartments are a dump. Work orders do not get followed up on. My neighbors went without air conditioning the entire year they lived here. My garbage disposal has been broken for months. One of my packages were opened and items were missing and she refused to take responsibility for it. All i have heard since the day she started here is "i just started here and am not responsible for any of the previous problems you have had" we have gone through several managers in the year we have lived here and none of them have treated us as rudely as Christina Smith. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
The new manager Christina Smith is extremely rude. She has no patience for residents at all. I have gone to speak with her on several occasions about the seriously lacking standards at this apartment complex and have recieved nothing but condescending tones and a refusal to accept responsibility for the problems in the apartments she runs. Completely unacceptable.
