I specifically leased here because they didn't have a predatory towing policy like every other apartment in Denton. Lo and behold I get this note on my door today, after I've already re-leased for another year. Despite my best efforts, I cannot escape greedy companies trying to make a buck where they can get it. They most likely will not own up to it, but most apartments that begin a policy like this have a contract with the towing company so they receive funds for each tow, which explains the benefit (for them) of the system to register guests being notoriously difficult to work with. Honestly gross of you guys to do this. I really liked living here, too.

My girlfriend lived here for a couple years and I can’t count the number of times I heard complaints about the rude and unfriendly office staff. She just moved out in June ‘22. Apparently there have been more than a few times when fees were charged inaccurately and trying to reason with the staff was a challenge. Regardless of the reasons,, there is no excuse for a property to employ disgusting people or fail to train them properly. Perhaps the owners have no idea this occurs. I was asked to assist with getting an accurate deposit return due to the property’s excessive fees at move out, and it has been unpleasant to say the least. No wonder my girlfriend decided to avoid the stress of ever dealing with them at all. Communication with the office, specifically Kennedi, is the most unprofessional level I’ve dealt with in a long time. There is no question that the poor quality staff in the leasing office represents the lack of concern this property has for their customers. I would look elsewhere and be sure to avoid the need to speak with their leasing office staff. Arrogant, nasty and unprofessional people here.
