When I moved in it reeked of cigarette smoke. The ceiling was yellow, the pantry was yellow, I had no knob on my bathroom door, my kids didn't have a shower rod, water in their tub won't go down now there's mold in it, I had handles missing from my cabinet and drawers in my kitchen, my kids don't have closet doors, my refrigerator wouldn't close, and I have a window that's bolted lock. I wrote that on the walk through paper. Still nothing. A fire broke it in my apartment and the water sprinkler system NEVER came on(the fire was right about the sprinkler). All I was told to do was write a statement so they can fix the floor. I had to find somewhere for my kids to sleep and myself. It even got in my freezer SMH. Management has at nasty attitude. Update: I am now being charged $3,696.66 and I can't get an answer on why! I can't get a place so I have been homeless SMH.

Is listed as a gated community it is not. They also have the worst management out of all the places I have toured the lady is extremely unprofessional. Jobs have gone electronic for most part so obtaining paper pay stubs isn't really a thing anymore. Also very unwilling to realize some companies such as warehouses do not have a phone number you can call to reach them. The gentleman in front office was nice but the lies they're posting online about how nice this place is are not true. Definitely go tour the place before trying to apply. I'm sure you will see this place is an eye soar on this town especially for the outrageous price they are trying to charge.

My name is la Shasta tomorrow I called the country Park apartment homes today and miss Mirrism I hope I am pronouncing her name right she answered my call and was so polite to me she said there and explain everything to me when I had been on the phone all day all morning trying to find somewhere to move everybody was being very rude to me I called this complex and this woman answered the phone and was so polite to me and I'm in the hospital I appreciate her so much guys please if you want somewhere to move and someone is going to talk to you and make you feel like you're at home this will be the place to go
