I originally, due to DHA mishap, on another apt complex, Sequoia Staff have given me a compete Red Carpet treatment to rent from Sequoia Park Apts. The staff: Eva,Debra and Marie, went above and beyond to help me to enter renter status from Sequoia Park. There was some hurdles at first, but it all washed away and i am extremely happy to be a resident of Sequoia Park Apartment.

The Leasing Agent Eva has earned a A+ rating with me. Customer Service is her game and you, the new resident receives the best of care. The Manager is straight, direct and is willing to do the work herself when her “get ready” staff fails at their job. Amazing Office Combo. Thank You!!

As always... the Sequoia Team is/was WONDERFUL!!! They are always there for me and very kind and respectful! I so appreciate the events they plan as well as the consistent, extra, mile they go to make my living here a warm and friendly experience. I feel blessed to be a part of this community!! I send my thanks to all of the team for their continued efforts!!

Maintenance issues were fixed but after a delay and several phone calls. We had two issues, one plumbing one electrical. I think the break down is getting the notification to the maintenance team in a timely manner. We were without any light in the kitchen for two weeks and we had a toilet in continual flush mode for several days. When the maintenance staff person arrived he made both repairs immediately and was courteous and professional.

Do you rent based on income? Do you have a 2 bed roomed apartment?
My mother pay $820.00 for a two bed room. There is a waiting list for the one bedroom and I think it goes by your income
I'm disabled and 53 years old. I needed a ground floor appartment. When I called they listened to me and helped me get an appartment here. All I can say is to call the office and talk to them, they are friendly and will help.
No you can't live there seniors only 55 and older.
I am on a Housing Choice Vouncher from Denton Housing Authority and live here. So they do take people on section 8.
