Paid last months rent and they claimed I didn’t and sent it to collections. Even when I had proof of receipts of online payments. The apartment was absolutely trash when I moved in. Hair everywhere and found a dog toy in the closet and piece of rug missing. There was always dog feces out side and trash all over the trees and ground. The front office is untrustworthy and Incompetent.

I would like to commend Julia B (Asst Mgr) on her exceptional service. I shopped for a new apt for weeks. As soon as I found The Lodge & met Julia, I felt right at home. She was very cordial & helpful. Property mgr Taylor and office employee Bree are also extremely nice & helpful.

I love it here! Julia and Taylor are so helpful and absolutely AMAZING! My son and I love it here it’s so peaceful, quiet and calm. My neighbors are all great, Julia and Taylor make sure to always send help when I need help with basic maintenance, communication is great! I’d recommend this place to everyone. Management and life here is just great

We love The Lodge at Pecan Creek!! We have lived here for almost a full year now and it is so pleasant here. The property is always clean, maintenance requests are always fixed within a day or two, and the office staff is wonderful! My girlfriend and I have always felt welcomed here and I look forward to living here longer. However, I am slightly upset about the decision with the towing company and using Pro Park. At a previous apartment complex I had to use Pro Park and it made everything more stressful. We haven't had any problems with parking at all and I hope the use of Pro Park won't be a permanent decision.
