Designed very poorly and poorly executed. They don't care about you. You're a number and easily replaced. Cheap cheap cheap. But you pay a lot.

***PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING*** CityParc has higher ratings than other complexes because they bribe you with food/raffle rewards at events if you give them a 5 star rating. CityParc was terrible, upon move in we were given a dirty unit with paint all over the floors, had to clean everything before moving in. The first night we spent there none of us could sleep because our AC was out and our unit was at 82 degrees. I saw a cockroach my second night there in our bathroom and we had a constant ant problem while living in the unit. Appliances broke every other week, including our garbage disposal, washer, dryer, and microwave. My roommates car was broken into and his golf clubs were stolen, and CityParc doesn't have sufficient enough cameras to catch anyone. We were locked into our unit one night after our low quality door handle literally fell off, creating a potentially terrible night & fire hazard and we were locked into our unit for 12 hours and not given a single apology. Once we were locked in again and it took around 2 hours to fix our door and get us out of our unit, causing us to miss an event we paid $100+ for. Over the summer when most of us were gone and had turned off all lights and unplugged electronics, we were still getting charged and no one at CityParc could provide us with proof we went over our electricity cap. Upon move out, each of us were charged $100+ for "cleaning expenses" which is ridiculous considering our apartment was dirty when we moved into it. Please go down the street to the other apartment complex, or look at one of the townhouse complex's in Denton. CityParc is terrible and will charge you extra even once you've moved out of the unit.

I came with my two friends to tour at City Parc to look at our future home, and Ashlynn was incredibly helpful. She gave us all the info we could need, and much more. We felt definitely secure in our decision to pick City Parc as our new place to live! Definitely recommend asking for Ashlynn to help with anything you need!
