We are thinking 🤔 of buying the truck there but have till Friday to decide and really reconsidering 🫤 the truck is listed at HIGH blue book .. ok … told them payment too high….. good credit - high interest and then tacked on $700 clear coat fee they say is standard then added a $4000 warranty…. Saying it’s just $30 more a month but the payment is not $30 a month and it’s just too high because there’s also $180 a month for insurance. We have no payment now …. I work auto finance 25 yrs …. I can’t take a deal we can’t afford… Just sad may lose the deal for stretching too thin when I know they have a lot of room to work with us …. This would be our second purchase there however I may have to decline…. Prayers for discernment 🙏🏼

Where to begin? Usually when you take your vehicle into the Dealership - it is an agonizing experience and costly. Denton Dodge (CJDR) did not meet this very low bar for frustration. They stayed completely away from that usual customer experience. I drove into the service bay, the service advisor came up to my vehicle and we had a pleasant conversation. About the vehicle, issues, expectations and potential timeline for repairs/service. CJDR has a couple of new advisors in training and they too were of a different breed, not what you would expect. Very polite and eager to be of assistance. The team that I had interaction with (Luke, Jake, Josh, Stephen, Madison and a couple of others, do not recall their names) really made the experience a memorable one. That team had a good sense of humor, worked well with each other and others from CJDR that came to them with issues or vehicle status.
