Friendly staff that are knowledgable and eager to help. Decent selection and relaxed atmosphere.

I don’t know why everyone praises this place. They got a little guy there, A boy . He watches people like a hawk, you’re not allowed to touch anything. Even a $300 guitar you need permission to touch or they get right up in your face. It’s a stuffy hipster palace trying way too hard to be cool. They got nice stuff, but very little. All the usual fender and Squier garbage. And alot of way overpriced acoustics everyone is too cool for the room. No I don’t get a good vibe there, I used to shop there. But I don’t anymore. If they dont trust me to try a guitar on your own, then they’re not getting my business. I’m a grown man . They’re children working there that can play a few chords and got themselves a job at a music store , so that makes them cooler than you . Babies. I can’t imagine a good walk in business ,..maybe online Terrible. Someone always has an issue. Plus no one is ever in there when I go. So the owners prob have money. Bc they don’t sell much RUDE but then apologetic. Not acceptable

Ordered a pedal online no one else had in stock. Free shipping and no tax. Super fast shipping and top notch packaging. Really impressed with the service and ease of transaction. And no annoying sales "engineers" following up by phone.

Very nice guitar store with a great selection of guitars. However, it is really annoying that you must be placed at a station before you can try out a guitar. It’s borderline demeaning to have to ask an employee to grab a $150 Squier and escort you to an amp. If there are more than two people in the store, you’re out of luck and have to wait for them to finish playing before you can try something out. The whole point of going to a guitar store is to try new guitars to see if you’ll like them. When you’re unable to do that, it makes for a very awkward and unpleasant experience. If Russo’s stopped treating their customers like 4 year olds, this would easily be a 5 star store.

Unfortunately I am not a full time resident and don't honestly know. Food luck 🍀 though.
Apologies but we do not carry Harley Benton guitars.
