One been a customer of Enterprise for a good 5-8 years now… I’m not sure what kind of ship is being ran and maintained at this particular location, however I can tell you my most recent experience was troubling.. They decided to keep my deposit until I had the wife call to figure out when I’d get that back. The service person flatly said “Yea we don’t release deposits until you call about them, We wanted to hear from Matthew about his experience” Verbatim as I recall it. Well you’re hearing from me and you’ve knocked yourselves down a peg or two looking to pull a fast one

Very unorganized location. I was the only agency I rented from, and quite a bit before Covid. The car was not ready and after waiting 45 minuets, I was asked if another car they had coming in would due. I agreed and stated I just needed to get on the road. The pick up truck shows up and they scramble to get me going. My bad as we did not do a walk around and the white truck had a scuff on the bumper. My son actually noticed it when I brought the car home to load up to go on the road. I was charged for it, bit that is ok because now my company has a policy to no longer rent from Enterprise! We have roughly 35 sales guys that are road warriors. The $500 charge for repairs on a scuff that could be repaired for $200 was a joke! I promise it will cost the company a whole lot more in sales from us in the long run. Do yourself a favor, look for another company to rent from.

Never had a problem either, good place to rent from.....
Prepaid cards need to have matching address info so set them up online.
