The location is a bit of a challenge with nearby construction, and confusing signage on how to enter. I used the app to "save time", but my order took 12 minutes and I saw several pass thru the drive thru in front of me while I waited. I suspect this is a process issue rather than a problem with staff. Food was good, prepared fresh, and consistent in quality to prior visits.

Today's visit was fine. The fries were fresh but the burgers apparently had been sitting under the heat lamp for awhile. Typical for any McDonald's. If you get lucky and get a fresh burger, it's very good. This all depends on the time of day although U have heard you can ask them to make a fresh burger. You might have to sit in the wait lane.

Over 10 mins for 2 cheeseburgers, large fries, & a tea. Ended up leaving without my tea....not sure if they were out, but give the customer a damn option to get something else or wait. Waiting 10 mins for a VERY simple order isn't what I wanted to do after traveling all day!!!!

This McDonald's has gone down hill. They have forgotten to put good in bags multiple times, the food has been very sloppily put together, but tonight was the last straw. My #2Deluxe was raw. Only noticed the raw meat after the second bite and nearly threw up. Forgetting items in a bag is one thing giving illness inducing food is another.
