I cannot recommend Ann Marie more. I am a year out from chemo and my hair was an unruly, untamable, curly mullet of a mess that I was still hiding under a wig. Ann Marie was upfront about my best options for hair extensions, even though they weren’t what I had my heart set on. But she had a vision for my hair transformation the second I took my wig off and I trusted her instinct. And boy, did she deliver! I am thrilled with my extensions. I have my confidence back. It is so freeing to ditch the wig. She was extremely thorough in explaining the process, cost and time involved. I knew exactly what to expect. Though the process was long, we had a great couple days chatting, watching Netflix, etc., and the end result is fantastic. She even met with me on zoom the first time I washed my new hair and walked me through blow drying and styling it myself. That is more than I ever expected. I could tell she wanted to help me understand how to blend my hair with the extensions well and make the most of new hair. In my situation, where I was hiding my hair under a wig, I really appreciated the private environment at Loft Salon. When you are there, it's just you and Ann Marie, no on-lookers, no distractions...it felt like a luxury experience. Ann Marie is dedicated, attentive and an expert at what she does. A wonderful experience. She goes over everything with you thoroughly beforehand so you know what to expect. I had keratin infusion bonds and then blend perfectly. It’s been 2 months now and they look just like the day I had them done. They are a bit more expensive than other places but you’re paying for the hair quality and expert installation that you just can’t get anywhere else….if you want beautiful hair, this is the place to go.

Ann is fantastic! Always accommodating and replies quickly, and does a fantastic job with my hair. I've been going to her regularly for Japanese straightening and couldn't imagine seeing anyone else. Both photos attached are from a 6 month touch up, and initial procedure.
