Called in a pickup order and the customer service is horrible the worker (shakevia) clearly didn’t want to take my order completely disregarded what i was saying . Then when i got there workers are on there phone and the one taking the orders is using profanity . This location is definitely not what it use to be highly disappointed

Very unorganized. They were busy but there was no teamwork seem like everybody was in everybody's way and in order to get to anything everybody had to move away from what they were doing. Customers were not happy it was taking a very long time. My order was supposed to be ready at 8:18 , three inquiries and 37 minutes later my order had been sitting there for over 20 minutes and it was cold. Even though I was told each time they were still working on it ! They were out of french fries and didn't even bother to let you know my wings were pretty good even though they were cold and they could have had a little more of the Louisiana rub spice on them. This was actually my third time stopping at this location the other two experiences weren't very good either. In the future when I'm wanting wings I will go to one of the other locations
