The staff was great. I was helped immediately upon walking in the door. Everyone treated me very kind and took great care of my baby! the time the vet took to sit with me and talk. I do understand that they have a lot of emergency situations and are very busy, she really took her time though and did not seem rushed at all. She was only there to answer questions and help any way she could.

I’ve had to come here twice. The first time, the outcome was not good as it turned out I needed to put my dog to sleep. Despite how awful that was for me, the staff’s kindness and compassion made what was a horrible day for just a little less horrible. They treated my sweet boy so well in his final moments bringing him chocolate and all kinds of treats and gave me as much time as I needed. I was never rushed out of the office, even after he went to sleep. They shut the door and told me they would be outside whenever I was ready. The second time I went, we feared the worst for our other dog but ended up being more fortunate. They were able to figure out what was wrong and give us what we needed to take him home. We did have to wait a long time because they had several life threatening patients come in while we were there and they would put us to the side to tend to them, which is completely reasonable as our boy was doing fine. But despite their several emergencies, they still took good care of us and communicated well throughout. They apologized several times for the wait even though we told them each time we understood what was going on. No one ever wants to have to end up at this place as it’s an emergency clinic, but if it comes down to it, this is where I would take my babies.

We paid nearly $700 for almost nothing. Had to go to a different doc the next day that cost $60 and they found out what was wrong.
