Appointment time is meaningless you will sit there over an hour waiting, listening to employee singing along to inappropriate music and the employee doesn’t even wear shoes! Disgusting!! And this company was required from a state licensing department, they should find other vendors that have professional standards.

Jenny is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will NEVER return here again. Shes digging in her pants, talking about being naked on a media chat, was late because she ate something bad for lunch. My goodness, where is your couth lady!! I felt like i was at a circus show.... Unreal!!!

We only do appointments by scheduling online or via our customer service number.
Because they have the license to submit your fingerprints to Texas DPS and the FBI/AFIS systems. Before this was legal you had to go to a police department, get messy ink print cards done and then give them to an employer or hiring agency. Then those would be examined and submitted to a state agency and FBI/AFIS. Having done this the old way and the identogo way, I'd choose identogo every time. It's faster and 100% digital. Worth every penny. This process at a minimum sheds two to three weeks off a background check.

Absolutely not. Their central customer service center does not have a number for the location either. All communication is by email. Terrible.
