Says there is a community pool on website. The community pool is being torn out today. False advertising.

New owner and management. My rent has Just doubled, and then some. To go up to $750 a mo. Ha! Look at what you get! I live here. When I moved in my, apartment was spot painted. Carpet was not steam cleaned.Cupboards were dirty. the metal framing around my shower, where there used to be doors was sealed with tar, Still is. My living room windows actually fill with water and freeze in the winter. Windows are from the 1960s when the Dor-Ray apartments were built. There is absolutely no efficiency for air conditioning or heat, they leak. You cannot lock most of them. The ledges, the drywall, the walls underneath and around the windows are all rotted. The drywall walls in the spring in my apartment actually bubble up. That's moisture. Moisture in the walls usually equals mold. My upstairs neighbor has mold in both of her bedrooms. I was told that she needs to keep it clean. So when the mold in the corners of her bedrooms comes through the floor it will be on my ceiling. I am sure I'm not the only apartment with this issue. My bathroom countertop and the bathtub are covered in Old burn marks from people's cigarettes. The electrical is outdated. They're supposed to be updating that. I was told that they will not be fixing the walls or the windows. However, I'll be able to get a new kitchen faucet and burners for my stove. My kitchen counter is warped literally falling apart and box taped. I was told that will not be replaced by the new owners. I am almost positive that the kitchen sink is asbestos coated underneath. There was a wall heater, still is, in my bathroom wall that heated up on its own and crystalized the wires. My bathroom ceiling is very damaged. I believe still leaking from the apartment of above me. My kitchen sinks back up with gray water. The parking lot is like navigating through the Grand canyon. The new advertisement for Dor-Ray online states that we have a swimming pool. We do! However, we were told by the new management " the new owners do not want the liability. (Check the pics I posted toda. Pool is locked up and empty!)The swimming pool will be filled in. The children's swings are being removed also." Please check out the current pictures. Dor-Ray is located on North chipman. Drive-thru, check it out, look inside the corridors to the buildings. They are filthy. Look at the swimming pool that's there and empty. Or just come enjoy all those free perks. New listing for these apartments says, well maintained, I believe it says clean, and cozy also. Pictures say it all. This place is a train wreck and now overpriced. These are the amenities. The new listing for Dor-Ray says, enjoy the community pool. We'll look at the pictures I just added today. The pool is empty and locked up.
