This place preys on gullible students for their money and is cheaply built and obnoxious. Cons: Management seems like they say something then tell you something different later. Also you are given 3 cheap pool bands and if you lose or damage one -30$. Parking is horrible. The entrance gate is the worst system i have ever seen. Wont be moving back and cant wait to move out. Update.. its even worse. Now they are trying to charge me for a terrible touch up job THEY did and very very minor wear and tear wall scuffs. They also are not answering their phones and the email they told me to email about the problems im having doesnt even work. I can not emphasize how terrible this place is. If you are looking to move in somewhere, this place will hose you for all of your money and give you the runaround about everything . Update: Now im trying to pay my charges that they are giving me and the website doesnt even work, just like how the front gate doesnt work, the staff doesnt work, the hot water doesnt work.
