it was great living there for the time being. but do not move here. they are still charging me to utilities after i moved out and now aren’t answering my calls and i’ve called over 10 times in the past week in a half now maybe. and i don’t live in dallas to be able to drive over and fix it in person. fixing anything that breaks in the apartment takes them forever to actually get fixed.the only upside is that it’s close to TWU n most utilities covered. other then that i don’t recommend living here definitely regret it now.

Lived here for my senior year. The 1st floor when it rains, doesn't drain any water. This has led to really bad allergy reactions. I had to get air filter to cope. This could possibly be black mold in the apartment that will come to haunt.

I lived here for a year and had very few issues. It's a quiet complex that only has one true entrance and exit for cars, so it felt isolated; I never worried about walking trash to the dumpster at night, because it's completely fenced in. I know they've had minor crime issues since I left, but nothing of note happened while I lived there. The interiors are very nice and updated, and management was generally friendly. I did have to pay a cleaning fee upon move out, but it wasn't astronomical. There's an elevator too, which made moving in and out of my third floor apartment MUCH easier than other apartments I've lived in.

I recently moved here in Fall of 2021 in a studio apartment. Dede was so great in helping me with any questions I had about the apartment and leasing; if I have questions today she is the lady I look for! The leasing process was very easy and quick. I am satisfied with my little apartment. However, I will note that about 3 months after moving in my car, and three others that I was aware of, got their windows busted and broke into. Luckily I had nothing of value stolen and no one was hurt. I do not blame the apartment for the criminal act, but I do wish the apartment was equipped with cameras so we would've been able to see the act. I would also just feel safer knowing their are cameras on the property. The only negative thing I have to say about the apartment is that the complex grounds are not upkept well. There will be trash in the grass and parking areas, overgrown bushes, dead flowers, etc. I just expected for the complex grounds and pool area to be better upkept.
