My experience was a bit chaotic. Initially I brought in all of my documents and everything I thought I was done I had to bring more documents. I think I drove to the office 5 times before all was said and done. Please clear a less stressful process.

I love it here the only complaint I have is they don’t answer when you call the office. But when they do answer they always resolve my issues. Update. I have been living here for a while now and the staff is usually very friendly and helpful. On the occasion I have a service request it is handled promptly. They also have been so much better at answering the phone and or calling me back when I call.
