Very nice neighborhood I love how the cops are always watching out for us & the really nice neighbors have firework shows. I also love the smell, it smells like natural plants. Very good place for kids to grow up .

They do have 1 bedroom apts. If you qualify and there is a vacancy you can get it at 40% 60% which ranges any where from in the $300's to the $600's. I put in a year ago but haven't gotten one yet. It does take a while so the sooner you apply the better your chances.

I hope this isn't too late for you. I just found out yesterday you have to talk to your Housing authority about portability something so you can transfer to a different state. If they have the funds

Yes, they do. They also have income restricted (or government assisted if you will) housing. For such units you shouldn't exceed certain household income thresholds. Those restricted units are designated and may not always be available. I would advice you to call the management for further information.

Pretty sure they are income restricted. You may want to think twice before potentially moving into a complex that doesn't even have the decency to return a business call..... that's a red flag .
