Great place to live.

A good and affordable apartment near UNT Union. There are different floor plans available. Swimming Pool, laundry room, amazon hub, USPS mail box etc are some of the facilities available. Leasing agency is also in the same place. This apartment has its own parking lot.

I love it here, everyone is so nice and willing to work with us well! If I have an issue the management is able to help me problem solve and get the issues resolved quickly

I have been living here for a year now. It's a great place for student accommodation and nearby the campus. Campus bus stops right in front of the community. The maintenance issues are also resolved very quickly. The apartments are a bit old though.

You can get a guest parking pass at the leasing office and they can park anywhere as long as they have the parking pass in their car. Without a parking pass guest parking is fairly limited. Just make sure you tell them that the person is staying over night so they know to make the parking pass for two days
Depending on the building, but they spray on Mondays.
