This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at an apartment complex. I moved in with my wife and added my name to her lease while we waited for our new home to be ready. The staff is very disorganized and the property is poorly kept. There is no accountability for pet owners to clean up after their animals, the hallways smell terrible and I had to engage the regional manager several times to hold management accountable for their mistakes. We have recently moved out and now we cannot pay our final bill online. I am being advised that they cannot reactivate a portal for our final payment either. I have lived in many apartments in Dallas and paying the final bill online has never been an issue. This is further proof that this is a small management company without the tools to assist renters seamlessly. I felt the need to add this to the review because I do not trust mailing a check to the office in the slightest. My wife and I now have to travel back to this property to hand deliver as well as take pictures as proof we paid the final bill. As a current resident, my paperwork took many signatures because the office was so disorganized. There is no way I trust them at their word. The property will periodically ask you to review them to “win a gift card.” I am convinced that is the only reason they are rated as highly as they are. There are many other options in Denton that will save you the headache of living at Urban Square. If you are accustomed to luxury, this is not the property for you.

Location is unbeatable. Walking distance to so many restaurants, the movie theatre, and the lake trail.
