The NEW mailman is doing such a bad job. There are 5 of us home owners comparing mail because all of the mail was put in random mailboxes. The mailman must be cross-eyed. We are calling to complain.

Over a year ago, I posted a complimentary thank you note for this post office. But it didn't take long for everything to go downhill. I don’t know what has changed there, the manager or the employees, but the parcels are in the post office for several days before they are sent. We are in the USA and I pay for the service, not in Russia where no one wants to work. This is clear? An incompetent employee should be fired or I will file complaints with upper management. Why is a first class delivery package that has been in your post office for several days without even being scanned? Perhaps your new incompetent employee stole it? What should I think?

I am very upset with that usps branch. I never receive a parcel from abroad. Even if I am home waiting for delivery, I never receive it. It’s even no notice left on the entrance door of the building. Nothing!! Then I have to go to pick it up to post office. And its far from me. It,s not good bussiness 🙁🙁🙁

The day shipment status changed to delivery, I did not find any package inside the mailbox. Most probably postman misplaced the package and put it into the wrong mailbox. Fortunately, we got the cam in front of the mailboxes, nothing was dropped near by the mailboxes. When I came to postal office to talk to supervisor, no supervisor was available, the clerks in front simply ignoring the customers concerns. Very shady people working at this place. The weirdest thing is that on the same day when I was supposed to get my package I got text message from scammers saying that it is USPS and I need to pay 2$ to get my package delivered, with the link directing me to the fake USPS website which asked me to fill out the from to get all my sensitive data. HOW SCAMMERS FIND OUT THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET PACKAGE ON THE SAME DAY??? VERY INTERESTING!!!!!!
