What's going on with these people? Why they are so rude and unprofessional? My 85 years old friend went for her passport and they treated her so bad. This is just unacceptable. How dear you miss treating people and even an elder.

Not bad place but employees are unable to cope with their scope of work. Few employees and about 100 visitors a day, or even more. They were never rude, the staff is quite polite, but you have to stand in line for a VERY long time.

Horrible , unprofessional, rude and ghetto post office especially the passport lady and the other staff members . I get there 5 minutes late as I got a flat but they tell us to wait around and then 20 minutes later the ghetto lady tells us the appointment is canceled. Get some job training first. So unprofessional, rude and then she wants to walk away and not come back to the window. The other workers are afraid to say anything when they tell us from the beginning to wait around. DO NOT COME TO THIS POST OFFICE.

Worst post office you can go to in the USA. I been trying to get an appointment for my children passport renewal a for 30 days when I finally got an appointment, kids skipped school because appointment that was available at 10:15am, I had to take a day off from work, took a cab went there 15 minutes early, post office completely empty very quiet no line. said to self my lucky day went up to the window and I asked I'm here for passport renewal clerk at the window was quiet lady running back and forth yelled all the appointment canceled we don't take passport applications today carelessly and unprofessional way. In another word go to hell we have no time for you. Unbelievable. I was like but I have an appointment that I been to try to get for two months. Schedule another they replied, to get another appointment it will take another 2 months to book it. Is this how official facilities in New York City, USA schedule appointment and canceled them. I felt like corruption is start climbing US and unprofessional staff getting hired without any qualifications. This feeling isn't just because one incident at this particular location. I went to 7 different post office and they are totally slow no lines, no long wait all the answers make an appointment online, another location we stops taking applications at 3pm. No call or email to inform you of any changes nor even consideration to reschedule sooner appointment. I told her I never knew that it was canceled, I didn't get a call or email that would made my life easier, she said I was going to call, I'll call you now. Now its too late I'm here. I been through hell to get here. Unbelievable Unhappy
