Worst. Place. EVER!!! My girlfriend has been waiting SO LONG for her package when it was already supposed to be delivered WEEKS ago, & when it came the package was halfway opened.. VERY shady employees, VERY rude customer service. I will NEVER use this post office again. EVER.

Just seems like they don’t want to do their job. Bought in a package to return and was told I couldn’t send it because the box had a logo on it. Went to another post office, and was told the logo isn’t an issue.

Throughout the year, they always have one person working the window. No matter the season - summer, Christmas. I remember one day they couldn't open up at 9am because they didn't have anyone working since they all called out. Since the post office is federal, our reviews don't have any influence but hopefully people can steer clear from this site.

Absolutely true. They can't be bothered to deliver the mail--we go days sometimes with no delivery. Packages? They routinely fail to deliver them, and lie about leaving notifications. Some employees do their jobs, and do them well, but many of the others are useless.
The staple branch in the 10304 zip is terrible. They did not deliver my bill and my gas was shut off since I was making no imum payment on auto pay.

Yes this is the worst bring I have ever seen. The do not deliver my mails ...missing mails and bills..and they get to send my registered foreign mail back to send thought I signed the slip and left it in the mail bocmx and the took it. ..than now they have delivered another address other than mine to my box and than no .so I for me. My name is Chian-Tilung ABRAHAM...who can miss that .
