They will not deliver or legitimately attempt if you have stairs and no elevator. Often times if it’s even a medium sized package they will force you to pick it up. You can try and reschedule delivery but it’ll just be listed as reattempted - even if you’re home and no bell was rung - they will say it was attempted and say to pick it up. And you wont get a mail slip either. So good luck. Luckily I live nearby but I know that I may possibly use my whole lunch hour to get my package…

I figured out how they work. They help one customer, than wait 4 to 5 minutes pretending they're busy doing something, than they help the next customer. Rise and repeat. Go to the one on 125th, so much better. It's unfortunate because this location is two blocks from my apartment but I can't rely on this location for anything.

Worst post office in New York, unprofessional, lazy unattentive workers, packages seem to take forever to arrive to destination. All the workers here should be fired

You saying the true. You have to track your number to see where is your package. Not even that, they don't even ring the bell at all. And then they put they couldn't delivered your package because no one was home. When the person was all day home.
No you need to put more workers at this station. Its slow an only 2 people to service you.Poor management.
community from 10030 this is enough with USPS not delivering our packages shouldn't we collaborate to protest against this lack of service
UNFORTUNATELY THAT'S A QUESTION THAT'LL NEVER BE ANSWERED.
what is the question?
They're incredibly rude here minus 2 employees. I feel your pain
go to the uspost.gov and find out.
