terrible place !!! my nails looked like a 2 year old did then awful say the least !! will never go back also he was lazy didn’t disk my nails and starting pulling them off and cutting them !! before i could say i don’t want my real nails cut!! never again don’t go stay far away!!they Don’t even know how to do ombre

I treated myself to the Royal Spa King mani/pedi package and wasn’t impressed. The nail tech rushed the whole experience and barely even spoke to me. It was just bizarre. When choosing my colors, I was not told until after my nails were painted that I had chosen a gel polish which is $20 extra. That’s mind blowing for a single layer of paint. Over all, I was very unimpressed and felt like I needed another pedicure. Some of the nail techs there are great! I don’t know if my tech was new or having a bad day.. no idea. I still tipped her 20% but I’m never going there again.

First off let me start off by saying, "NEVER LET TOMMY DO YOUR NAILS!!" Everything felt rushed and it looks rushed too. My nails are crooked, bumpy, and all different. I had him fix it and he told me it was my nail and charged me $108 for a manicure and pedicure with just one nail polish color and some glitter over it even though I wanted chrome fairy dust. Next, I took my daughter with me we asked for the same exact services and nails just different colors but they charged me $108 and her $128. Idk about y'all but ill never go there again. Its not worth the money ohh and my biggest problem was THAT Tommy WOULD JUST COUGH ON MY Hands WELL DOIN MY NAILS not ever trying to cover his mouth or cough in a different direction! Don't spend your money there people!

Overpriced trash! I had to walk out! The only thing that this place is good for is over priced pedicures and I don't mind spending a coin! The customer service is trash and they don't know how to file properly! Hunty, go somewhere else. They have three stars for a reason!
