Please ship through UPS or Fedex or to a P.O. Box. I am under the impression that their new hire stole my package. She scanned it as delivered, but several people in my home stated no package was delivered. USPS did not help me and now I have lost money I am trying to recover. In addition to that the driver dropped the package as she states, on the front porch, neglecting the section of the house where packages are left in case of theft.

This places is extremely disrespectful. I worked with a lady named Maria and she had the worst attitude and wasn’t doing her job right. The manager wasn’t even helpful in the situation and had nothing to say or do. Don’t come here.

I am trying to get an expedited passport and had to come to this location from Manhattan, as it was the first available appointment. I was apprehensive after reading some of the other reviews about the staff and passport acceptance experiences of others, but found myself in the presence of an extremely lovely, helpful, patient and understanding acceptance agent - Daniel - who was warm, informative, thoughtful and helped me get all of the paperwork sorted and completed in a prompt and timely fashion and with much grace and professionalism. Certainly better than any trip to a government agency and completely above and beyond service that merits 5+ stars. Thanks you, Daniel! You made what is usually a painful and long process a cinch and your customer service efforts are very much appreciated!
