Stopped in one night just for a quick peek and was given a tour of one of the most intimate yet diverse restaurants I have seen in Houston the bartender Tiffany even though I did not order anything serve me with a smile while she demonstrated the amount of care that this place is apparently known for I would recommend this restaurants / pub and grill to everyone and anyone who likes live music

First time visit. Cons: This place needs to clean it's beer lines. The Guinness was okay, but two of the other beers sucked. They had that funky bacterial taste. The small group playing traditional Irish music was good, but in a full room with no microphones & speakers, it wasn't as enjoyable as it could have been. Finally the place seemed a little dirty. Pros: This is a neat, tucked away little bar with a great vibe. The food offerings are what you would expect from an Irish bar and they looked and smelled great (though I, myself did not eat - see my last comment in Cons). It's one of the few places you can hea tradional Irish music in Houston and, despite the very low volume, it was quite a treat. Overall: I am assuming I caught them on an off night. So, I'll definitely be back.

Saw Guy Forsythe here. Food, drinks, and entertainment were all top notch. Can't recommend this place enough.

It is! We would love to see you. We do plan to close on Monday January 17 for the holiday and we will open again on Tuesday morning.
To be honest I don't know, but I work right next to them so I can find out for you
Monday nights! See you there.
Behind the building is parking, also on the street outside the venue.
Mcgonigels.com then click shows and choose the one you want! If it is not on the list you should be able to just show up.
Sorry but we are not selling standing room tickets.
We sure do hope so! We miss Junior!
Yes! Under 21 are welcome with an Adult.
Hey Larry, yes we do require masks as you enter, leave or when you leave your table. All guests must be seated so we can insure proper distancing. We are not allowed to have guests standing or at the bar. Our patio is also open for dinner or drinks;
Orlando, I'm sorry but we are not open for shows as yet. Please stay tuned.....
Not for the patio, but you need tickets for the shows. They also have standing room tickets for the bar area which are cheaper. You can also eat on the patio without having to purchase tickets for the shows. The food is phenomenal.
yes we offer delivery through ubereats
I don't recall the entire menu, but their shepherd's pie was excellent.
The Duck hosts an Irish Session every Wednesday night which starts at 7:30PM. No cover charge. Also, Wednesday is Game Night and the Duck provides lots of board games-or you are most welcome to bring your own.
Please call not every day
Yes a ticket guarantees you a seat of the managers choice. They usually put names on tables based on party size
Hey Trish please call MD ASAP
Hey Matthew, Sorry, no drum set provided, but you are welcome to come early and set yours up. We are open all day on Monday and Open Mic sign up starts at 6.
Hi Evan. We are open from 11am for lunch and often have guests come for late lunch. On show days (every day but Mondays and Wednesdays) our tables are reserved for guests who are attending the shows. We do, however, have a lovely deck and dinner is often served on our patio for guests who want to enjoy a meal without paying for the show. As for arriving at 5PM for dinner before a 7PM show, that would be fine as long as you wouldn't mind dinner at the bar. Often our guests arrive as much as two hours early for their show tickets. Hope this wordy answer had helped to answer your question!
There is also an office parking garage down the street but i have always used street parking with no problems
Great venue for music because of its small size. You get a great view of the musicians. The food is very good and the desserts are great.
See above. Same goes for the Kinky Friedman gig later this month.
Owner's answer...straight from the horse's mouth. Mucky Duck is a must-go. Fantastic venue as well. Saw Kinky Friedman there...a riot!
Well, it's supposed to be a family friendly night. But in all fairness most of us have cable channels far worse in adult content. I say it's all good for the most part. Great place, good people
