I went in for my first scheduled maintenance on my 2020 Hyundai Sonata and they did a oil change but they recommended changing the air filter. Then told me I had to schedule a appointment. This is the reason I'm here, they should completed it. Now I have t schedule time off AGAIN TO GET THIS DONE!

I was more than satisfied with my experience. Jasmine honored the price I had last been told for my transmission to be serviced, even though prices have gone up since. Also, first time customer discount and tires rotated free of charge. I like the fact that you can see the work bays and can see the work being done, so you know you're not being yanked. Five star review ,although, for what is done to service my transmission the price seems high to me. I'd rather pay than do it myself and do something wrong and have bigger problems.One last thing to mention, my appointment was originally scheduled at 4 but I got off work early and they got me in an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment.

I have had the chance to work with both Terry and Nick at Titus Will Hyundai. They were both a great help and diligently worked through fixing an engine recall on my 2020 Hyundai Kona. So far my 3rd new engine is doing good! We’ll hope this one did the trick!! Thanks you guys!
