manager there and the customer service there would not help me and assist me with the way that things go with the balloon Arrangements my balloons I told him I do not know the rules here I do not work here I did not know that I could mix and match my package and then how many colors of each balloon I wanted when I found it out I tried to choose my I can't get it on colors they told me you would have to pay for extra balloon if you want to switch them out for other colors that was weird because they never told me that I got to pick my colors in the first place and when they finally told me I got to pick my colors Arrangement and how many colors that I would get in my arrangement customer service there was a young girl she was very rude I will post another time with the name and the time of the date but it was definitely in September around the second week in the evening around 5:00 p.m. all I wanted to do was have more gold than white and Silvers because the clients anniversary was gold I couldn't without paying extra for it even spoke to the manager for 20 minutes I had customers waiting for an event I had clients waiting on me and it was kind of stressful but I kept my cool #you know I'll keep you posted

This location is super easy to access from either the feeder road on 59 or Westpark on the backside! Well organized store - everything you could possibly need for a casual, themed party. This time - I needed cake sparklers and a friendly store employee took me right to them. Thanks for helping make my friends birthday special!

Ordered balloons for my godsons (twin boys) 4th birthday yesterday for delivery. Had a few hiccups and a couple deliveries later, the twins were very happy. I just wanted to thank Julie, store manager, and her staff for the awesome customer service. Julie even went above and beyond that to triple check if everything was right. I love people like Julie. Thank you for everything!!!

Absolutely low intelligence and completely rude employees. Don't know how to help with basic things, do low level math, or speak professionally. Stay away. Horrid experience!
