1st time appointment at COPC Same Day Center. Registration was quick and the Dr Harmeyer was attentive and actually listened to my concerns. X-ray were taken and I was given option to wait for results; got them in 15 minutes! When the pharmacy reported being out of stock, this office quickly responded to put thru an alternative prescription. Everything took place Same Day! 4-Stars because I haven’t seen the Bill for these services

My family physician was out of town so they suggested I go to one of their other locations. Westerville was available. I was diagnosed and prescribed medication. One of the meds did not work and caused me to be up all night. So I requested another medication, that had worked in the past. I was told to wait another day because the person I saw was not there that day. No one is on call and no other doctor will help. So I have to suffer another day and night with no sleep to prove the medication is not effective. I recommend going to an urgent care.

Prompt, efficient, personal service. My PCP has been through COPC for a couple of years, but this is the first time I have had a need to use the same day center. I received the same personalized service at the same day center that I always receive at doctor’s office. I would recommend and will use again if the need ever arises.
