I used to live in the 10463 area, & that is not a real good United States Postal Service building. The lines there take forever. I also have had packages come to my building that were all messed up, & some of it was opened. A guy who delivers the mail had a seriously nasty attitude in 2018, & threatened to assault me. So this is most definitely not a real good post office building in the Bronx.

Nice quiet place fairly quick service

The worst post office in the world, the manager is rude, she is inefficient, she is bitter, she does not deserve to work in that place like all the other employees, in a Latino neighborhood nobody speaks Spanish and they decriminate Spanish-speaking people, terrible service .

Retraining of this staff member is certainly needed. The female worker who answered my call was so short tempered, abrupt in the way she spoke, very unprofessional, shouting my ears off , she was just rude. This lady even hung up the phone on me, when I asked her why was she shouting. Mental health check up is very much needed for her. Occurred : 5/12/2022 at about 10:05am.

You need a proof of citizenship like a social security card, birth certificate or naturalization document. You'll also need a government ID like a drivers license. Photo copy them both, front and back, and finally, you'll need a Passport photo, which you need to get taken professionally, because there are a lot of requirements.
How much to renew
