If you are selling your home or needing to move, I would highly recommend your considering Roxbury Court Apartments. It may be your future home you've been looking for. Let me share a few insights with you. Each apartment is very roomy and coomfy to enjoy. There is a community laundry room (only $1 to wash, $1 to dry), a reasonable salon, as well as an exercise room with vending machines. There is a large community room available to reserve for family get togethers. Penny BINGO, Right, left and center, Nickels up, Euchre, Pictionary and several board games are available to play throughout the week. A movie on Sunday afternoon served with popcorn and lemonade. Every second Wednesday there is a potluck dinner to fellowship with your neighbors. Each Tuesday is a church service and Thursday a bible study. Each Third Thursday several of us choose a nearby restaurant to attend and to enjoy fellowship together. Many times during the month a surprise event is put on by the manager. Our water had to be shut off for a repair and the management brought in water. After the repair was made management through us an ice cream social with all the fixings for our cooperation. So why am I happy at Roxbury Court? Because i can get involved in an event or entertainment, or go shopping at a nearby mall with friends, or stay in my apartment, read a book, watch TV or play on the internet as I wish. As you apply to Roxbury, I hope you will find the home you've been looking for.

Roxbury Court is a wonderful place to live! The staff, all the way from the office to maintenance are friendly and efficient. Any time I have had an issue or a question they were right there to answer it and/or get if fixed. Your heat is paid for by the complex and there are always activities going on in the community room. From Bingo to potlucks and donuts on Friday there is always a chance for meeting new friends. For me one of the most important benefits of Roxbury Court is its location. Located directly across the street from VG's and a mile and half from the Clio Area Senior Center and within walking distance of downtown Clio, you can't get any better. Also, once a week VG's takes and order and delivers the groceries right to the complex. I couldn't have chosen a better place to live in Clio. --Gail Claxton

Happy days. Imagine living in a community where everyone is friendly and there are many things to do such as games, parties, and potlucks. It's not just a dream but a reality here at Roxbury. It is a very nice place to live and I am glad I'm here.
