Horrible customer service. The person assisting me was unable to find my package. Although I receive a notification letting me know my package was at the postal office they didn’t have it . I wanted for a supervisor who didn’t acknowledge me and simply told the person who was assisting me to tell me to go home and wait for my package . LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM!!!!!!

Unsure why my package originally failed to deliver, but thankfully the man retrieved it very quickly when I went in person to the Post office. Thanks!

Attention Management! Your employees go to my building and do not take the packages to my door if the mailbox is full. I am writing this because it is something that happens very frequently. I need to go to the post office most of the time to pick up packages. Your mail carriers sometimes leave the slip stating they tried and nobody was home. That is a big lie. There are always people in my apartment during the day. The true is I live on the 6th floor and there is no elevator. That is the reason they don't bother to go upstairs. This is very unprofessional and unfair.

Agree with all of this. And every single time I've scheduled a redelivery, they never come. I end up having to pick it up myself and wait in line for almost two hours every time.

We are in a 5 story walkup. I dont expect them to ring the bell, but I expect them to put a notice in the lobby and I will pick up at my leisure.
Please join me on Twitter as I speak out against this poorly ran location (@djuan007). Why hasn't anything been done about the number of complaints. Obviously, there is something wrong about the way this particular location is being ran. From long pointless lines to inconsistant deliveries, this location displays horrible workmanship or a good work ethic. Employees doing nothing to improve wait times or improve overall service. Beyond comfortable in lazy practices. Let's join together and speak out against the poor standards on Twitter. No one seems to care about what is said here.

Worst post office ever. Even the supervisor one day came over to the window and stated the following " give me all ya pink slips and save ya stories for the next lady". They took all the slips and handed out the packages without even checking IDs.

Best time is 5 minutes before they close🙄 that's when they really pick up and want to help so they can get home.
In any, some require an appointment. But most are walk-in, you have to be there before 2pm to be served.
They do not leave Messages and they lie that they happened to leave package. what is happening ???
