Joel the manager was very professional and he made sure my treatment plan was understandable and affordable. The staff at Pure Cypress Dentist have been friendly , communicative , and efficient. Donovan made me feel comfortable while doing scans for retainers. Gabby at front desk has always greeted me with a smile underneath her mask. Joel the manager has always checked in to ensure my experience in the office is going well along with my dental care progression.

I came to Pure Cypress as a referral from my mom, she loved her experience here. I drove all the way from LA and I would not regret the commute. I got treated with so much professionalism on top of that the care was amazing DONAVAIN did my X-RAYS/ Polish and he did an amazing job. I came in sad with dental work that was done in the pass and feeling very insecure and he made the experience very smooth and kept asking me if I was OK. He even had me smiling and forgetting about the bad experiences I had. JOEL the Manager was also amazing and was able to make me feel secure and taken care of. I wanted to pay for my deep cleaning cash and he mentioned let’s see if the insurance will approve it I thought that was pretty awesome because usually a company will take cash right away. Financially he looked out for my best interest. And to top it off Dr. Nguyen the Dentist she made me feel good about my teeth and mentioned I still have good teeth something I was so worried about she assured me that they will take care of me. She took the time to talk to me about all my concerns and I never experienced that with a dentist. She didn’t rush and was open to helping me with all my concerns. I walked into the dentist office feeling super down and not confident and I walked out today with a smile thank you Pure Cypress for the care that you have for your patience. This is definitely my dental office now and I will also be bringing my family.

Donavan took my X-rays he did an awesome job. He was very professional. Jordan the Hygienist did my cleaning and was very sweet and Gentle. It went smooth. And went over on how to do a great oral hygiene cleaning. I recommend anybody to this dental Office. Highly recommended.
