Can someone just remove every staff member from this place apart from 2? packages always getting mislabeled, not getting delivered, getting hung up on over the phone, but on hold forever and when I show up to the office? it's empty.

Be aware, This location do a lot of fake "delivery attempted". Specially if you building doesn't have elevators.

The worst place ever, Long lines, employess not well trained, just for a pick up, take you 45 mins to get it you parcel, must be closed down

The workers are so disrespectful and rude. They never deliver my packages ever!!! It’s always they attempted business is close! And I live in a building how is business closed.

I know. I have been dealing with them for 28 years. I have no choice.
Same address for 35 years. Same name, same apartment but somehow i can't get my registration deliveredi. Post office at Jerome ave needs more over sight and competent supervisors to overlook the day to day operations. Now i have a $65 summons. Smh!

That's not my problem I am not the post office I am a private citizen. I do not work for the Post Office either.
I just found out my insulin has been at the post office since 1/5/18
Thats too long. I will not be going to pick it up. No-one put a nit in my mail box
