Why haven't the issue of packages not been delivered been address by this post office. Everybody complains about the same thing and it's been ignored. This is totally unacceptable!

Gunhill post office needs to shut down! They're VERY LAZY AND DISRESPECTFUL! WHERE IS MY DAMN PACKAGE!
It does work, but they. almost never answer. I had to call back, like, 9 times and finally got someone. Basically the only ways to get help are to go in or to call the national line and wait on hold for 40m-1h+.it stinks
Everything mentioned here is not correct I always home they never ring the bell,the elevator is working so there no excuse not to deliver my package they are just plain lazy.

Yes..but the service is horrible. Long wait times to pick up mail.i waited one day 1hr9mins and have a video to prove the aweful service

There's no direct number you're going to have to hold on so they will get back to you through technical support

Reach out to the sender they are the ones who gives u the tracking number. Unless u went inside the post office itself to purchase something. Otherwise, reach out to the sender they will send it to you at your email address.

You have to have a tracking ID number from either the post office or from where you bought the package and then you go to The Postal website and do the tracking
