I have never been to such a horrible post office in my life. In line, & have been for 25 minutes already as I am the next one up. Only two people working here, & working slow as ever. It's absolutely ridiculous! Very disrespectful!

We are having the very same issue. We have been waiting for a package for a week and hey keep saying they attempted to deliver it but they don’t ring our bell or anything. My husband is home all day so there is no way he missed the delivery.

Why does the postal carrier claim he/she left a notice left (No Secure Location Available) when someone is working from home?
I’ve been calling this post office every day since January 19 2021 and they never not once ever pick the phone up !! This is ridiculous why would they have a phone number for you and never answer !! Today is February 21, 2021 no answer

Either write Return to sender on the envelope or take them back to the post office
I'm recuperating from a surgery in my leg can't stand for long periods of time is 1 the only time someone can go to pick up a package or could I go earlier due to the lack of people

You can go anytime they are open: Mon-Fri 9:00am - 5:00pm & Sat 9:00am - 4:00pm. I suggest you get there early, before 10am.
In this post office, 90 Vermilyea ave, the employee 37 is stealing the money orders, she stole my 2 money orders, please do not send the money order through this post office, because you will lose her money. This woman stole 1241 dollars from me.
