I was on hold for 30 minutes finally was answered and was disconnected in mid sentence. I needed to report my child turning 18 and asking to set her up for assistance. Very frustrating

I believe it depends on what Medicaid plan you have. For example, Aetna Better Health (through Medicaid) offers transportation to medical appointments as one of their features, though I don't know how reliable it is.

Not in Beardstown. I don't know about Jacksonville but understood that all offices were closed.
