They got me in quickly, but made me walk to x-rays with a dislocated foot. Tech or nurse asked me if I would like a wheel chair. One of the nurses got me a wheel chair after my visit and helped me out to my car.

Went there today to get my son check out to see if he needed stitches and they turned us away. Said they won’t take our insurance bc it isn’t Springfield! I’m sorry but if they are only gonna help people with Springfield patients or insurance then they need to go to Springfield and not waste our time in Jacksonville!! I will not recommend anyone to go here bc they are WORTHLESS!!!
