I bought a 2017 Ford Fusion it now has 32000 miles had a flat and the tire tool wouldn't fit not one of the 20 lugnuts ,so I went to Ford talk to owner and he told me the lug nuts were cheap and it happens alot then he agreed to replace them at cost.,which didn't set good lugnuts ahold last longer than 32000 miles I say DO NOT BUY a Ford with lugnut covers they will not fix but unless you pay seems when I bought new I should have safe parts ...DONT buy a Ford with covers you will be sorry..The owner told me face to face they made cheap... shame 9n Ford for putting parts on car that are cheap

Dealership was great to work with from Amy in sales all the way up the ladder to Mike (Owner). We stressed how particular we are about a new vehicle and made some pretty strange requests of the dealership and all of our requests were honored to a T!! We verbally discussed the purchase of a new car that was on order and Mike shared with us what he would do. As an admirable business owner, he kept his word.
