I have a Chrysler 300. I could save a few bucks and take it to a Discount Oil Change Service joint. But I'm not getting the Required Oil, and the Attention and Specialized Service my Car needs. I have a Mechanic who works on my 1997 Accura and my 2 89 work trucks. I told Him the Price they Charge me to Service and change Transmission Filter. And He said" That is a very Fair Price Mike. And you're getting the Right Fluids put in, the Manufacturer Brand it calls for." I just had my Oil change and done a couple other things at no Charge. And then Today, I got a Follow up Call, asking was everything satisfactory. There's just not Much Customer Service left these Days, and not many People you can trust. I feel good about taking my Car there, and on top of that. They really move along pretty fast with things. Daddy always said " If People do right by You,, then You remember that and do right by them. If they do you Dirty,, Well ,, that's for another Day or Rating. Mikey Out. Oooooh Yeah!!!!!

Should have listened to previous bad reviews. Don't come here. Diagnostics preformed here is no better than plugging in a cheap OBD scanner. Bad communication, and quoted me almost 2k to "fix" the issues. Edit: Why would I lie about about a place I haven't been to? Also if you can't find records, that means your records process needs to be fixed. Again, ineffective communication even on the internal level.
