I am here almost every day of the week and everyone who works here is so nice! When there is an issue it’s typically just that there’s a long line, but it’s never really the fault of the clerks, just depends on what time of day you come.

i was sitting in traffic 10 minutes on that one block to get there onetime. however i got there 5:31 with a prepaid package she was not willing to take it over saying we can handle more packages.. and threatened me to punch in the face if i leave it there.

Absolutely horrific customer service. I was on hold for 2 hours after initially speaking with someone who was incredibly rude. Someone answered and hung up on me twice. I tried to call back but no one answered.

Well I have taken things into my own account, to no avail. I asked for a manager one day to give my complain. What I did get out of it was, an attitude from higher up. So when you think about it, it starts from the top and works it way down to office workers and then delivery personal/mail person. It's like a disease and they all have it. I have only had about a 20% success story with this place. Just read the Google reviews and you will understand more, of why they have such a low rating. This is the kind of post office that can make someone feel like going postal on them because of how they treat their customers.
I lived in Williamsburg for over 25 years. Actually expecting to get your mail has been the worst part of living here. If your father does a good job, that nice for him but if he thinks that place is well run and his coworkers are doing a good job he is blind. That place has been the worst run post office for decades. I could give a long list of the problems I have encountered but I won't bother it's not worth my time anymore. I have complained to so many people in the USPS system. Many have genuinely tried but for some reason it just never got better.

What a dumb response. Come on your day off. Lol. You miss the whole issue at hand. Do you work for USPS?
Manager? The dysfunction starts from the top and works it's way down to the staff, mail man/woman and delivery person. Look at their rating as the worst post office. I believe third world countries post office are better then this place.
Yes there is but they never ever pick up. If they do, the manager who come to the phone will also give you an attitude. So to be honest, calling is not going to work for you anyway.
Don't register for the draft. Bad idea.
